About the Role:

The Sales Operations Business Partner will own Confluent’s sales processes and work closely with the AVP(s) / RSD(s) of Sales to help manage the team's selling efforts. What You Will Do:

Marketing Executive Responsibilities

• Manage all marketing efforts aligned to our comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy for B2B and B2C, including planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations
• Social Media Content content that inspires, gives value, is timely and consistent with the Living DNA brand promise
• Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output

Responsibilities

• Handle monthly accounting activities for loan products, investment portfolios, and perform reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely month-end closings.
• Review and validate daily journal entries, bank reconciliations, and oversee the work of junior team members.
