Job Description

1. You will be in charge of accounts by contracts performing AR, AP, Accruals and G/L
2. You will be involved in monthly closing report (Revenue report, AR Ageing report, etc and to assist on Internal and External Audits.
3. Process ad-hoc miscellaneous payments, such as staff expenses reimbursement claims, temp staff salaries, resigned staff salary payment and etc.

Job Summary:
The job is based on setting up a strategy and executing vis-à-vis servicing of existing accounts; finding new prospects and sales leads and converting them into recurring customer.
Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Exploration of new customer base & key account management

Job Description:

• Handle full sets of accounts for clients and prepare monthly financial reporting.
• Provide professional client service and ensure reporting timelines are met.
• Prepare/Review month-end payments and online banking transactions.
• Prepare/Review GST report and filing.
• Audit liaison and drafting of financial statements.
• Preparation of XBRL submission
• Compute monthly payroll and year-end remuneration returns (e.g.:Form IR8A)

Requirements:

Monitor and manage e-commerce SLAs to ensure maintenance of store ratings on e-commerce platforms.

Implement corrective and preventive measures for customer service issues.
