JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Selling MOBKOI's offering the top.2 Media Agency Holding Group in SouthEast Asia.

● Cultivate relationships with media agencies to seek new opportunities.

● Pitch and educate Clients about the benefits of MOBKOI's solutions.

● Establish transparent and regular communication with prospects and clients to ensure their needs are met and that projects are delivered.

● Pipeline management from business development to closing.

● Deliver pitches, presentations, proposals and campaign reviews.

● Coordinate internally with MOBKOI account management teams to ensure we have best in class publishing and creative solutions for our client

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

● 1-3 years of work experience of experience in selling digital solutions (experience at a digital ad agency, in the direct sales team of publisher, or digital marketer of global brands would be a plus).

● Good understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

● Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Attention to details is key. Rigor when it comes to fill-in internal documents (eg: CRM etc..)

● Preferably with established network across GroupM, Publicis.

● Proficient in English, both verbal and written (Business-level).

● PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills a must.

● BA/BS degree.

Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. The ideal Sales Manager should have deep experience with the entire sales process. He/she should have a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, or motivate team members, while building and maintaining a high-performance team. He/she will develop sales strategies, set goals, and analyse performance data to maximise sales effectiveness. The sales manager will be reporting to the sales director in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

- Oversee the entire day to day sales process/operations and sales team

- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings

- Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives

- Identify team knowledge gaps and provide training solutions

- Plan and execute strategic sales goals, analyze performance data, and make forecasts

- Develop and implement a sales strategy to expand the customer base and global reach

- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure projects and sales activities are delivered on time and meet client specifications

- Lead contract negotiations and manage costing, site surveys, and project tenders

- Coordinating proposal development, reviewing RFPs/RFQs, and ensuring tender submissions are compelling, compliant with company and country regulations, and delivered on time

- Conduct market research to align strategies with industry trends

- Generate leads, build long-term relationships, and manage pre-sales and post-sales activities

- Prepare and deliver client presentations and manage sales opportunities

- Provide customer support and coordinate with internal teams to meet requirements

- Maintain sales, specifications, project status, customer interactions records for reporting and analysis

- Review and optimize operational policies and procedures whenever required

Job Requirements

- Have minimum 5 years of experience in presales, project management and/or bid management role in relevant industry, preferably from Housekeeping, Environmental, Facilities Management background

Sale Supervisor Job Duties

A sales supervisor typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

✓ Skillful and familiar with cloud based Business & accounting ERP system ( A2000 ERP system )

✓ Co-ordinate and handle shipping & Delivery matters with suppliers and customers

✓ Issue PO to vendors/ suppliers

✓ Process and issue Order Confirmation to customer

✓ Incoming order inspection and GRN acc to PO

✓ Monitoring inventory , issue Invoice /shipping invoice / Proforma invoice / Packing list and DO

✓ Proficient in MS office and documentation.

✓ Able to work in tandem with Sales department for the full cycle of Sales Administrative work

✓ Familiar with GST matters and accounting

✓ Good and excellent communication skills with suppliers and vendors pertaining to shipping and logistics matters ( esp Air Freight )

✓ Able to work independently and efficiently without supervision

✓ Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience

✓ Working hour : Monday to Friday 42.5 Hour week or from 09:00 ~ 18:30 with one hour lunch break
