• Provide secretarial support for the CEO and Director of Business Development, APAC & Middle East
• Identifying the different Metizoft software solutions products and equipment sold.
• Keep records and update sales pipeline via HubSpot or Metizoft CRM Systems
• Coordinating proposal and inputs with various internal stakeholders and Sales team and IHM Ops team.
• Acting as a liaison between Sales, Business Lines and other internal functions.
• Participating in customer negotiations if required.
• Maintaining HubSpot CRM and other system information that’s relevant to the support function.
• Attend exhibitions, seminars, external training whichever deem necessary by the company to upgrade their employee skills sets. (May required to attend in overseas)
• Monthly reporting of sales plans and activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering, preferably in fields such as: Environmental Engineering and Management, Marine Engineering, Finance or Sustainability.
• High energy to evolve/grow in a fast-expanding business.
• Prefabably 3 years of experience in task related to complex sales activities, marine compliance and marine regulations, training will be provided.
• Possess a “Can-Do” attitude and has a proactive approach to work
• Relationship building and team player approach with good communication and administrative skills.
• Attention to details and awareness of how they fit into the bigger business picture.
• Systematic and organised approach to work.
• Understanding and willingness to learn about existing and possible after sales business.

Skills and responsibilities:

• Utilize commercial and in-house EDA tools (e.g. Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens) for the design and implementation of 100 ~ 400 million gate integrated circuits in 7nm/5nm/3nm/2nm process technologies.
• Proficient with a full Netlist/Gates to GDS flow, inclusive of all construction stages (e.g. RTL synthesis, placement, clock tree synthesis, detailed routing, physical verification, formal verification and timing analysis) for complex digital blocks of up to 12Mgates/3M instances with embedded macros. Ability to handle multiple block assignments in parallel is required.
• Proficiency in UNIX/Linux and scripting languages is advantageous.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree, Masters or PhD in Electrical/Electronics/Computer engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years or more experience in a relevant field.
