• Prepare comprehensive group consolidation reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Manage the consolidation process efficiently.
• Oversee the timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes. Conduct reconciliation activities, with a focus on intercompany transactions.
• Evaluate and review management reports from subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with auditors for statutory reporting purposes. Engage with professional advisors on matters related to financial reporting.
• Conduct regular reviews of Goods and Services Tax (GST) matters. Prepare and submit GST reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed tax schedules for various reporting periods. Assist in responding to queries from tax agents and regulatory authorities.
• Assist in the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation in adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Approve documents within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in accordance with established workflow processes.
• Conduct thorough reviews of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Ensure submissions to management are accurate and meet stipulated deadlines.
