Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to prepare in-house direct and indirect tax returns throughout the Group
• Assist to review monthly and year-end tax provision calculation for the Group entities
• Provide support on transfer pricing documentation
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with business and reporting requirements of AIS tax incentive granted to the Group
• Assist to review and monitor the timely filing of direct and indirect tax returns by tax agents throughout the Group

Job Requirements:

•  Minimum Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business or any related discipline
•  Professional Qualification such as ACCA / CA / CPA
•  Minimum 3 years of relevant tax experience in one of the Big 4 and/or commercial roles

Responsibilities:

• Monthly NAV statements, Quarterly Reports, Annual Reports, Currency Exposure Reports, Capital call and distribution calculations, Program performance calculations
• Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of accounting processes and systems.
• Assist with audit process and tax filings.
• Support controllers with portfolio budgets, cash-flow forecasts and reports to investors.
• Managing the treasury/cash management function of the mandates.
• Assist with the set-up, analyses and review of fund structures, joint venture structures and underlying inquiries
• Fee calculations including waterfall calculations
• Monitoring of tax compliance across various jurisdictions
• Continual monitoring of compliance with tax structuring and transfer pricing
• Debt financing

Requirements:

• Degree with an emphasis in accounting, finance or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years accounting experience with prior experience in real estate financial accounting experience either with fund administration firms or in-house
• Chartered/Certified Accountant qualification an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with running finance-related activities for the Company and its subsidiaries. This includes financial evaluations, refining internal processes, budget management, financial operations, and statutory reporting.
• Oversee financial reporting and monitoring, contribute to operational improvements and robust internal controls.
• Supervise routine accounting tasks, including but not limited to handling payments, billing, maintaining the general ledger, and overseeing tax matters.
• Lead the company through detailed budget preparations for strategic planning exercises.
• Build strong relationships with top management, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Compare the company's budget with actual spending and analyze discrepancies.
• Observe and manage the flow of cash to meet the company's needs.
• Confirm that the company is adhering to legal requirements and policies.
• Embed and maintain a risk and compliance management framework within the company.
