3. Prepare tax-related work, including processing withholding tax payments to IRAS and assigning GST codes to invoices.
4. Verify employees' claims with supporting documents and ensure GST treatment aligns with the reimbursement policy via Concur.
5. Ensure timely posting and processing of all AP-related vendor invoices via Esker and SAP, arranging payments within due dates (including employee reimbursements).
6. Prepare and check incoming GST permits for reconciliation with SAP or bank deductions.
7. Prepare external/internal audit schedules monthly and yearly as required by regulations.
8. Any other tasks as may be assigned by the superior within reason.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum a Degree in Accountancy, equivalent or related fields, Diploma holders with extensive supervisory experience may also be considered.
• At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficient in SAP FICO module and Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint presentation).
• Good working knowledge of IFRS & Singapore Tax Regulations.
• Possess strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. A hands-on person and has an eye for details. Meticulous and inquisitive.
• A good team player who can work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to thrive under pressure.

• Perform full set of accounting and statutory duties.
• Reporting and Financial Statements;
• Journals entries and prepare ledgers;
• Inventory cost management;
• Provide accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business;
• Outstanding balances checking with internal and external stakeholders (accounts payable and receivable);
• Work with auditors for the Financial Statements and relating audit requirements;
• Ensure compliant with all internal compliance, audit and tax regulations;
• Responsible and reporting to Head Office including cashflow, tax computation, prospects & budgets
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Min Diploma holder
• At least 2-3 years of related accounting experience
• Full set experience is desirable
