Responsibilities

Qualifications

· At least 1 year of experience working at an advertising agency or creative firm.

· Understand the strategy and be determined to stay true throughout the creative process

• Produce video content for marketing campaigns and social media
• Organize, plan & assist in photoshoots
• Follow specific directions and execute creative according to specific photography/videography styles and guidelines
• Working with the marketing team, actively involved in brainstorming content creation, presentations of concepts, and research on trends and directions.
• Involve in the post-edit process, filming, and pre-planning stages
• Design and produce graphics for marketing collaterals including flyers, signage, email, social, and web

Requirements

• Graphic design, video production, related diploma or degree is preferred
• Proficient in photography/videography techniques, including lighting, audio/video editing, graphic design
• A keen eye for composition and the ability to imagine how photos/videos will be used across different media platforms
• Initiative to learn, propose new ideas, explorative creativity drive, and ability to produce creative concepts and ideas would be a huge plus point
• Design skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro - or - Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines while delivering quality results

The HBA Graphics Creative Director is a driven team leader in the Wayfinding & Signage, Environmental Graphic Design, and Branding Community. They are well versed in developing brand centric projects and creating seamless user experiences within the built environment. The Creative Director excels at and has a proven track record in driving inspired artistic solutions, superior design quality with focused project delivery, excellent client interaction skills, a business growth mindset and admired leadership values.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Leadership As Creative Director

· Cultivate innovative thought processes and artistic freedom

· Inspire and lead design teams from concept and throughout delivery

· Oversee the design process and work with team members to ensure that the client’s stated mission and vision are infused into the design of the project at all stages

· Provide guidance and direction to ensure presentations and deliverables meet a high standard of graphic quality that exceed client expectations and advance the reputation of the firm

· Establish an encouraging and collaborative environment for all project teams

· Work closely in coordination with fellow directors to define scope from initial project information and partake in preparation of associated fee proposals, schedules, work plans and additional service requests as required

· Participate in the annual performance review of employees, further developing staff skills and growth through open dialogue

Practice Leadership

· Actively participate in building the positive perception of HBA and HBA Graphics in the region

· Mentor, coach and motivate project teams and individuals to think beyond typical creative boundaries

Client Relations & Business Development

· Maintain and cultivate existing client relationships, including introduction of firm leadership

· Build and strengthen connections with clients on a day-to-day basis through a comprehensive understanding of their project mission, values and goals

· Collaborate with all HBA offices in pursuing work when a multi-office team is important for the success of the project pursuit

· Assist in developing marketing plans and identify business opportunities / market trends

· Build strong client and project team relationships to grow the HBA Graphics project base

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelors Degree in architecture, interior design, graphic design, industrial design or related discipline

· 12+ years related experience directing and managing design teams in the branding, environmental graphic design and signage & wayfinding industry

· Excellent listening and collaborative problem-solving skills – diplomacy and a willingness to work with multiple colleagues on a variety of initiatives

· Outstanding oral and written communication and presentation skills

· Exceptional organisational skills; ability to multi-task and prioritise

· Proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage change effectively

· Experience in markets such as; Hospitality, Multi-Residential, Resort, F+B, Office and Retail are each considered an important aspect to the role.

Job Description & Requirements

· Manage day to day operations and ensure smooth running of Tree Art campus.

· Proactively engage customers and build good rapport through understanding of students and their progress development.

· Engage in effective sales pitch through familiarising with Tree Art curriculum and programme.

• Event Management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of events, from planning to execution, ensuring they align with our vision and exceed expectations.
• Creative Ideation: Forget playing it safe. Your job is to keep the creative fires burning and brainstorm ideas that tear down walls, raise eyebrows, and change the game.
