• Identity Management (AD account and MS 365 Entra), Access Management (Windows permissions and rights, MS 365 Entra and security), License Management.
• Form good user relations by cultivating trust and building good rapport with users.
• Asset tracking including documentation across lifecycle from procurement to disposal
• Collaboration and management of 3rd party providers to oversee service delivery, performance metrics, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
• Other duties in support of main responsibilities include (but are not limited to) participation in project rollout, support of agency events, purchasing administration, documentation, test and evaluate emerging technologies

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field; Diploma holders with more than 2 years relevant experience will be considered.
• Well versed with Windows 10/11, Windows AD, MS Azure/Entra, MS 365 Environment and Applications.
• Experienced with managing helpdesk services and 3rd party providers
• Knowledge in networking technologies such as SD-WAN, UTM, VLANs, and wireless technologies.
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; team player who can work independently
• Open to taking on new challenges and acquiring new knowledge
