The Business Risk Integrated Control (BRIC) team of TikTok, is missioned to:

- Protect TikTok users, including and beyond content consumers, creators, advertisers.

- Secure platform health and authenticity of community experience .

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve TikTok infrastructures, services, tools and algorithms, towards a higher standard of privacy and security.

The BRIC team works to measure and minimize the damage implied by inauthentic behaviors on TikTok and its extended platforms, covering multiple classical and novel integrity/security areas such as fake accounts, fake traffic, spam, scraping, cyberbullying, live room risks, incentive fraud, monetization abuse, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Respond to reported risk cases in a timely and accurate manner, via internal platforms and support tools;

2. Summarize and classify the feedback cases reported weekly, work with product and tech teams to formulate solutions;

3. Responsible for building up risk control policy and process, Work to promote transparency and understanding of policies, Educate internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with our processes;

5. Assist in the construction and optimisation of internal platforms and tools, and be responsible for promotion.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor or above degree in computer science, statistics, or other relevant, machine-learning-heavy majors.

- Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders;

- Ability to think critically, objectively, rationally. Reason and communicate in result-oriented, data-driven manner. High autonomy.

Credit Admin, AVP/VP (Corporate Banking)

Our client, a global bank is seeking to fill the role of Credit Admin for their corporate banking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage all credit and security documentation for corporate clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Oversee credit disbursements, track loan repayments, and monitor account activity. Ensure that all loan-related transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and monitor collateral records, including updating valuations and ensuring that security coverage aligns with credit agreements.
• Ensure all documentation and procedures adhere to credit policies and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on any regulatory changes affecting credit administration.
• Update and maintain credit limits for corporate clients, including inputting approved limits in systems and ensuring consistent communication with relevant teams.
• Generate periodic and ad hoc reports on loan portfolios, exposures, and risk metrics. Ensure accurate record-keeping and provide required information to auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• > 5 years of experience in credit administration within corporate banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation, credit administration, and banking regulations.
