• Position: HR Admin Executive
• Location: Gul Road (Company Transport Provided: Woodlands, Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang, Jurong East, Boon Lay)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus (3-6 Months) + Flexi Benefits + OT pay (if required)
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Marine & Construction Engineering (Listed & MNC Company)

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in Career Conversion Programme (CCP) and HR project
• Assist the funding grants and Employee Benefits programmes
• Handle insurance claim for work injury, GHS, etc
• Administer full-cycle of scholarship programmes
• Support in talent development programme to support company’s retention / growth and succession planning
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
• Minimum Diploma in any field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience required
• Proficient in Excel and HR policy writing
