We are seeking an organized and efficient Admin Executive to provide comprehensive administrative support across the firm. Role Duties:

· Manage company insurance, licensing, contracts, and landscape company register records.

· Organize, file, and maintain both hardcopy and softcopy files in accordance with company policies.

· Email management for all employees.

· Monthly Office Briefing: Creation of calendar placeholder, and agenda.

· User administration and management of copier machine
