The incumbent will act as a key member for one of the most sought-after Master’s programmes at the NUS Faculty of Science. The dedicated person will work with the programme manager to ensure the smooth delivery of the self-financing programme and ensure its service standard. By working with the Programme Manager, Programme Director and the Deanery members at the Faculty of Science, he/she will contribute to the Programmes’ end-to-end administration including admission, programme management, alumni relations, and other related portfolios. Requirements:

• Degree in related discipline.
• Experiences in the chemical plant / chemical industry Singapore as Manager or Assistant manager.

Responsibilities：

• Management of annual/specific Project and Maintenance activities/budgets (both Mechanical and E&I) throughout fiscal year to achieve department goals.
• Ensuring that the relevant maintenance strategies as well as industry best practices are applied to the activities for maintenance and modifications in the plant to achieve reliability and availability of plant equipment of the highest level.
• Ensures all plant and equipment is maintained to the highest level of safety for work to avoid lost time accidents, with immediate response and thorough investigations and corrective actions for all hazardous occurrences and accidents.
• Ensure all Mechanical and E&I maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with the Company’s HSEQ Standards, statutory requirements, Company Maintenance & Management System, and best industry maintenance practices.
• Ensuring that there are adequate procedures and systems put in place for maintenance activities conducted within the process plant.
• Oversee all facilities planning and operations/functions including the maintenance, modification control of equipment, space allocation, move and construction.
• Works with counterparts in parent and subsidiary companies on technology transfers to raise maintenance performance standards.
