Our Strategic Account Executives target and close new business with Datadog’s largest, most strategic prospects across Philippines or Malaysia. In this role you’ll be focused on uncovering the pain points organizations face as they operate in or migrate to a cloud environment at scale as well as delivering the appropriate Datadog solution.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect into large Enterprise companies (>5000 employees) in Philippines or Malaysia while running an efficient sales process
• Maintain, build and own specific relationship maps for your territory including existing relationships and aspirational contacts
• Develop a deep comprehension of customer's business
• Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and ROI
• Handle existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into assigned territory
• Demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges that defy easy solution
• Have intuitive sense of necessary steps to close business and gain customer validation
• Identify robust set of business drivers behind all opportunities

Who You Are:

• Prospect into large Enterprise companies (>5000 employees) in Philippines or Malaysia while running an efficient sales process
• Driven and have met/exceeded direct sales goals of 1M+ and operated with an average deal size of $100k+
• Able to demonstrate methodology to prospect and build pipeline on your own
• Experienced in working for an innovative tech company (SaaS, IT infrastructure or similar preferred)
• Experienced in selling into large Fortune 1000 companies with the ability to win new logos
• You have business-level fluency, both in verbal and written communication, in Tagalog or Malay as you will be working with customers speaking this language and you are comfortable in English as this is our company's day to day communication language
• Able to travel to and from client sites

You will be part of the team that supports Procurement and Inventory for the Group. Majority of your responsibilities will involve managing a spectrum of procurement process for direct and indirect material, as well as maintaining inventory levels.

Vendor Management:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply chain partnerships.
• Negotiate supplier contracts, terms, and conditions to achieve favorable agreements for the organization.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and work with the inventory team to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.

Qualifications and experience:

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management / Related Field
• At least 3 years of related experience
• Experience in manufacturing or materials trading field is advantageous
• Good command of English and Mandarin skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing) to corresponds with Chinese Stakeholders/ Counterparts
• Candidate(s) with more experience will be considered for Asst. Managerial Role

The Executive, HR supports the full spectrum of HR operational duties. He/she anticipates and supports the HOD in formulating and implementing of strategic human resource policy and programs. He/she also covers some office administration in an efficient manner

Requirements:

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, human resource management or in a related field is preferred

Knowledge / Experience / Others

• Experience with creating and implementing of new system procedures
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR function
• Conversant with local legislation on employment/MOM matters
• Able to work meticulously and independently

Requirements:

• Min 3 years relevant marketing experience
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, PhotoShop, Al Photo Editor) preferred
• Knowledge of various local & international e-commerce platforms / systems
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Possess strong initiative, self driven, positive with can-do attitude
