Sixtrees is a 20 year old company specialising in 3D interactive graphics and animation solutions such as

VR, AR, Metaverse, Digital Twins and 3D explainer animation videos.

This is a Part Time and WFH position (except for when needing to meet clients face to face).

Roles and Responsibilities

- Monitor and respond to customer enquiries

- Engage customers (online meetings, calls, and face to face), to understand their needs, and draw up relevant past samples to present and ideate with client. (hence there is a need for successful candidate to familiarise themself with our company portfolios)

- Organise and curate portfolios and samples to clients

- Convey clear and meaningful requirements back to the pricings and production teams for evaluation.

- Ability to ideate and create client proposal decks is a bonus

- Other adhoc tasks as required

Optional roles with added pay (additional $1000 to $1500 per month)

Skills Required

- CRITICAL REQUIREMENT:

-Must have background and understand 3D Interactive Graphics / 3D Animation

and/or

- Elaborate in cover letter of your application that you have the ability to learn new industry knowledge

- Must be able to demo AR / VR / Interactive projects to client.

- Good in English and communication skills and ability to speak and present soultions to clients based

on understanding of the technology and platforms we use.

Part Time / Work from Home

This position is Part Time as it does not typically require full 8 hour days;

The range of hours involved per day range from below 1 hour to 4hrs+ a day on average.

A full work from home is permissable, as long as there is timely response via chat apps / emails.

When required though there will be face to face meetings / demonstations / presentations with clients, and transport claims will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, delivering accurate and helpful information.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in parts management within the music instrument industry.

2. Proficient computing skills and familiarity with relevant software and systems.

3. Knowledge of musical instruments is highly desirable, enhancing your ability to provide expert support.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full logistics process for project shipments, ensuring all documentation is in order.
• Ensure the timely and accurate transportation of goods from origin to destination.
• Prepare and handle all required shipping documentation, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with various parties (e.g. carriers, shipping lines, other service providers) to ensure smooth and safe transport of shipments.
• Track the progress of shipments and provide real-time updates to clients.
• Maintain high standards of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in logistics / supply chain studies or equivalent

Summary

You will be working with our client who specialises in the healthcare and technology space. You will be part of a programme where you consolidate and provide patient health data to serve health needs and support healthcare professionals to serve their patients better. The programme is part of a wider healthcare ecosystem and supports the digitization and connection with other local healthcare programmes.

Responsibilities

• Create awareness to the healthcare institutions to encourage early data contributions to the programme. The goal is to improve data comprehensiveness for better patient care.
• Be involved in various types of engagement activities with the healthcare institutions.
• Manage, provide guidance and assistance to the healthcare institutions throughout the early data contribution journey. This includes securing agreements, obtaining required documentation, reporting risks and issues
• Track and report engagement and onboarding statuses.
• Training will be provided on the programme’s functionalities, data onboarding process and the governing policies.

Requirements

• At least 2 year’s experience in customer facing roles such as tele-marketing, sales, business development, outreach, account and/or case management
• Ability to do presentation and able to articulate clearly to target audience
• Strong interpersonal skills. Able to work with different groups of internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous in status tracking and confident in reporting statuses
• Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause analysis skills
• Quick learner who is able to cope in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in using MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Experience in healthcare industry would be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

The Human Resource Executive will assist the Senior Manager, Human Resource and Development in the following work areas:

a. Payroll Processing

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing as well as submission of grants or claims in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant country legislation and procedures for staff in Singapore, Malaysia, China, India, and Indonesia.

b. Employee Experience

• Administration of Employee Engagement surveys and assist in implementation of measures to enhance staff engagement and well-being

c. Compensation and Benefits

• Assist in the review of staff compensation and benefits
• Administration of staff compensation and benefits

d. Employee Exit

• Ensure timely processing of staff exit

e. Staff Learning and Development

• Undertake staff learning and development operations

f. Other Duties Assigned

• Handle other ad-hoc HR duties as and when required such as staff discipline

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in preferably Business or Human Resources
• At least 2 years of payroll experience
• Preferably has commission administration
• Preferably with at least 2 years of work experience in Human Resources

• Knowledge of Singapore employment and staff pay related legislation
• Good team player
• Good communication skills in English
