OVERALL SUMMARY

The goal of Business development is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
• Identify potential high-value clients to build revenue growth.
• Maintain relationships with current and potential customers through regular communications.
• Work with external partners to build and grow relationship for leads generation.
• Work closely with the back-end team to develop service solutions based on customer needs.
• Conduct customer due diligence and KYC to ensure compliance of incorporation policies and processes.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance and business
• Possess an outgoing personality with good communication skills
• Excellent written and communication skills in Chinese and English
• Good information collection, analysis and business planning skills

Salary Package:
a) Business Development Executive (1 to 3 years of work experience):
SGD 4,000/month (significant performance commission)

b) Business Development Manager (more than 3 years of work experience):
SGD 5,500/month (significant performance commission)

Basic Function

Maintain accounts receivable ledger, follow up on credit card collections and process commissions. Issue invoices and credit notes to customers. Perform general cashier function and record keeping activities.

Job Descriptions

· Prepare credit card report summary and reconcile to collection.

· Monitor rooms commission and submit monthly report for Credit Manager's review and approval before submission to AP for payment processing.

· Issue invoices and credit to customers and follow up on billing enquiries.

· Prepare invoices for all rental and other disbursement for Credit Manager's review.

· Ensure compliance with hotel guest and city ledger accounts receivable procedures.

· Familiar with the hotel front desk cashiering and night audit procedures.

· Check each batch of accounting posting against the city ledger credit card and the batch control sheet.

· Prepare trade accounts receivable aged analysis.

· Assist in the preparation of correspondence in relation to disputed and questionable accounts, including any request for information.

· Compute and prepare travel agents and shipping commissions in accordance with the hotel procedures.

· Responsible for proper handling of daily cash and other receipts in different curries submitted by all cashiers and make regular bank deposits.

· Arrange for the buying and selling of foreign currencies and maintain foreign currency records as required under the Money Changer license.

· Prepare and submit various reports such as daily currency exchange report, daily general cashier’s report and banking summaries as well as posting to general ledger.

Job Requirement

· At least ACCA Level 2 or LCC Higher Diploma in Accounting graduate.

· Good knowledge in accounting is necessary.

· Able to work under pressure.

· Minimum 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities (Sales-focused):

• Proactively visit existing and new specialist doctors to establish strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Actively generate new business by introducing doctors to our imaging MRI centres, driving referrals, and ensuring sustained partnerships.
• Cultivate relationships with key channel suppliers (insurance companies, specialist & GP clinics) to foster long-term collaboration and business growth.
• Identify and develop B2B and B2C customer segments to expand the customer base and increase sales opportunities.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and pricing research to stay competitive and capitalize on market trends.

Responsibilities (Marketing-focused):

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns from concept to completion.
• Ensure the timely rollout of marketing plans, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Build brand awareness through promotional packages, online content, and outreach efforts.
• Research market demand for products/services and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Compile and maintain comprehensive product/service offerings lists for both internal and external distribution.

Requirements:

· At least a Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales or marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry.
• Candidates with a good sales track record without healthcare experience will be considered

· Self-motivated with the drive to meet and introduce new doctors to the centre.

• Results-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in customer service or the healthcare industry is a plus
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

THIS IS A 2-YEARS RENEWABLE/ CONVERTIBLE CONTRACT ROLE

Responsibilities:

• To oversee DCS's applications such as ERP, CMS and Intranet sharepoint.
• Provide incident management per ITIL standards.
• Liaising with external vendors to manage vendor system upgrades and implementation
• Ensure that IT-related tickets are resolve promptly and meet the Service Level Agreement set by the department.
• Ad-hoc tasks like Account Management for certain applications, Infrastructure supports and any assigned tasks.
• Regularly check and update Internal IT Policies / SOP / documentations.
• To support and maintain DCS corporate website by providing friendly user experience / support and identifying customer user journey.
• To oversee projects in DCS by applying project management and Software Project Lifecycle knowledge
• To transform DCS's processes into automation processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• To develop and design process workflow based on requirement define by end-users.
• To draft technical documentation on each workflow and conduct training to stakeholders using them

Requirements:

• Fresh Grads / Diploma in IT / Computer Science.
• Good understanding of information system technologies and software application.
• Knowledge of scripting language (PowerShell, Python, HTML5, Javascript)
• Basic troubleshooting skills and L1 support for the ERP, CMS (Website support), other in-house applications support.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering. Data structures and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Power BI and data analytics will be an advantage.
• Experience in frontend and backend web application development will be an advantage.
