Responsibilities
The PMO Controller will be responsible to facilitate the implementation of Transformation program’s initiatives at global scale. He/She will report to the CIO at the client.
· Animate IT governance, facilitating the demand to project process
· Understand overall objective of the IT Business Management (ITBM) metrics and act as a champion to obtain buy-in, and guide IT colleagues
· Support the monitoring, reporting and deep-dive of key ITBM metrics
· Co-lead efforts to increase adoption rates for key ITBM modules/processes such as demand management, agile management, resource management, portfolio management and project management
· Support Product Management initiative, especially Product conversion, and tooling (Agile SNOW module)
· Proactively liaise with various stakeholders for preparation of materials for key strategic meetings and reporting
· Actively listen to stakeholders, articulate exemptions/complicated issues into IT implications, with suggestions for resolution
The key missions will be:
· Drive and follow up transformation initiatives including IT Business Management (ITBM) processes
· Advocate the highest standards of IT governance and portfolio management to ensure value creation for the Business
· Provide effective communication across the region
· Accelerate and animate CIO Office key strategic meetings and activities
Requirements
· Degree level in IT, Business Studies, or Finance etc, or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience
· Knowledge of project/product management & methodologies Agile certifications and experience
· Involved in transformation program delivery
· Knowledge of agile management methodologies is a plus
· Results-driven and have participated in a significant/large-scale program within an organization and has delivered real change in relation to the employee community
· Ability to analyze/ understand processes from both the process owner and end-user perspective
· Ability to work cross-functionally and with different cultures across the region
· Ability to convince stakeholders and obtain support to buy-in various initiatives/processes
· Ability to work well independently and as a team player
· Communication skills, willingness to learn, resilience
· Minimum 3 years’ work experience, preferably with consulting background
