• The role holder is responsible for delivering best-in-class servicing and transacting client journey for Unsecured Lending for WRB for Credit cards and personal loans and partnership products.
• Driving ideation thru working closely with business partners around innovations and enhancements to digitisation and emerging technologies that give real time decisive client outcomes
• The role holder is expected to keep abreast with latest developments in the local eco-system in the relevant domain vis-a-vis the MAS regulations and directly engage the law firms, dealers, insurance companies and visit LTA whenever required to assist resolving client issues and complaints.

• Review and update credit policies, Standards, Guidelines and FAQs as driven by market conditions, business strategy, regulatory requirements and for risk management.

Project name: Compliance Applications health check Monitoring

Context of the project: In Compliance, all the health checks of applications are managed manually. Connection to the GUI, Access to data and Check they are properly displayed on the application. For each intervention during the WE and for each delivery, we need support people to perform the manual checks on applications.

Goal of the project: Creation of a monitoring portal which centralized the status of the different applications.
