As a member of Loan Ops and Documentation team supporting Australia booking center within GWM APAC Operations Hub, the team’s key responsibilities include:

• Preparation and checking of credit documentation for Australia GWM credit products such as Lombard, Mortgage and Structured transactions. Ensure that documents are drafted in accordance with the Credit Approval, Bank’s policy and guidelines as well as any regulatory requirements with the required conditions and covenants such as registration of charge. Ensuring any exceptions are highlighted & approved by relevant authority; Follow-up for the renewal of incoming SBLC/BG taken as collateral and update in the system once received;
• Other admin duties such as but not limited to retrieval of Swift messages, audit confirmation and reporting.
• Update and maintenance of system on the credit facility approval /collateral updates and other updates as required for data maintenance.
• Support of Strategic Initiatives and Projects as and when assigned. Performing administrative tasks and ongoing clean-up and housekeeping (when required).
