Beecroft Animal Specialist & Emergency Hospital has an attractive opportunity for enthusiastic veterinarians with experience in ECC to join their friendly team in a 10,000 sqft state-of-the-art small animal and exotics veterinary hospital. The hospital is fully equiped with CT, Endoscopy, Fluoroscopy,ultrasound, 2 x-ray rooms, 3 surgical suites, and a 1.5 T MRI (coming in early 2022). Requirements:

Minimum 7 years’ experience in ECC

Excellent communication skills

Endoscopy/gastroscopy skills are advantageous

Veterinary degree must be recognised by the AVS in Singapore

Job Descriptions:

• Complies with approved standards of nursing practice.
• Participates in activities to improve quality of care.
• Attending to the needs of clients. Ensures safety, comfort and well-being of clients and reports client’s needs to the primary nurse.
• Checks, monitors, and records clients’ vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respirations and blood pressure.
• Ensures the comfort and good personal hygiene of the client, e.g. bed bath/ shower bath, changing of clothes and bed sheets, keeping them clean and dry.
• Able to support transfer and assist clients.
• Assists in conducting exercises for clients, medication administration, and feeding clients via oral, nasogastric tube (NGT) and percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG).
• Maintains documentation of care given.
• Assist in nursing care, e.g. caring for patients with urinary catheter, draining and changing of urine bag.
• Accompanies clients to hospital/ polyclinic for follow-up appointments.
• Alerts primary nurses to emergency situations.

Job Requirements:

• GCE N Level or equivalent
• WSQ Higher Certificate / Advanced Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care)
• ITE Approved Training Centre Healthcare (Home Care) program.
• At least 1-year of experience in providing Home Personal Care.

Job Description

• Supporting in the full spectrum of HR functions that aligns to the organisational goals.
• Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of information in the HR systems and the P-files (Electronic and Hardcopy) of individual employees.
• Coordinating and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for all available positions (which includes performing the first-cut screening, job posting, liaising with external job agencies / unions, shortlisting of candidates, scheduling & conducting of interviews, onboarding/offboarding functions).
• Administering the onboarding of new hires including generation of employment-related document, conduct induction program, liaising with internal stakeholders on staff account creation and IT Equipment and any other administration that successfully on-board the new staff.
• End-to-End processing of Employee Lifecycle Events which includes processing of staff confirmation cases, salary adjustment and bonus cases, termination and exit cases.
• Responsible for work passes applications, renewal and cancellation and monitoring of employment data.
• Supporting in the updating of various HR platforms on updated HR content (CCSS Employee Hub).
• Administering employees’ insurance policies, medical expenses and employees’ training registrations.
• Responsible for administering the compensation and benefits of staff on MHC / Mednefits platform.
• Responsible for payroll generation, statutory payments of CPF, foreign worker levy, IR8A & IR21.
• Responsible for the submissions of government claims such as paid childcare leave, maternity leave and levy waiver etc.
• Responsible for training registration, training administration, training grants applications and ensuring accurate training records for each department.
• Handling employees’ enquiries relating to staff handbook, corporate staff benefits and all matters relating to labor laws and regulations.
• Assisting with statutory reporting and surveys (eg. LMS, MOM Surveys, etc).
• Any other ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by ISP.

Requirements

• You have education and training in the following preferred Course of Studies, in Business Administration, Human Resource or Degree in any Arts / Social Sciences field.
• You have proven experience as HR Officer, Administrator, or other HR position.
• You are knowledgeable and have working experience in full-spectrum of HR Generalist functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc).
• You are proficient in MS Office and is IT Savvy.
• You are able to attend and participate in regular devotions in church.
• You feel that you have the passion to serve in the social service sector in a HR role.
