Sales Support Executive - Communication Service Provider [3770]

Location :Jurong East)
Working days : 5 days
Working hours : 9am - 6pm
Salary : $2,500 - $3,500

Job Descriptions

• Provide administrative support to the Sales team
• Collaborating with the Warehouse and Logistics department to ensure timely and satisfactory order fulfilment
• Assist in resolving incoming customer queries relating to orders such as invoice discrepancies.
• Provide support in preparing monthly sales reports and reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation and submission of relevant documents for claims from manufacturers and retailer incentives
• Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely payment to retailers
• Support event logistics by setting up equipment and proving on-site assistance during launch events/ roadshows
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management or a related field from a reputed institution is preferred. Diploma holders possessing relevant work experience will be considered.
• Proven experience in operations support, invoice management, and project coordination within the telecommunications/ FMCG industry will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
