As a New Business Manager, you will drive business development efforts and acquire new customers in the Medtech & Healthtech industry. Role Summary: The Data & AI Project Manager is responsible for leading data analytics and AI initiatives across both internal and external teams, ensuring that all projects align with the agency’s strategic goals and deliver valuable insights. About the role

You will attend to phone/email enquiries from our customers, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre’s high level of accessibility and supporting the preparation and delivery of service requests for customers and distribution partners.

The Job

• Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls/emails in a professional and prompt manner.
