PURPOSE:

Supporting the pursuit of new business through crafting transition and transformation plans as part of the proposal and projecting strong project management competency.

Executing transition plans – Transition projects moves a Customer organization from its current mode of operation to an FB-managed mode of operation. Transition will include the assumption the as-is environment, as well as fulfilling contractual requirements necessary to facilitate the transfer

Executing transformation plans – Transformation is the implementation of a set of contractually defined activities as stated in the solution design. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

Job Purpose

The PE Manager is the primary relationship holder with key patient organizations and patient representatives at country level.

The PE Manager role ensures the implementation of the PE Strategy across the key development milestones. This includes managing and developing partnerships with patient organizations, ensuring patient community input into the Global PE and therapeutic area (TA) strategies and key country pre/post launch milestones.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will play an active role in liaising with our research collaborators/partners. The candidate shall demonstrate keen business acumen by understanding the collaborators’ technical requirements and coordinating internally with the various stakeholders to deliver viable business solutions.

1. Lead and organise legal documentation (i.e. NDA, MTA, RCA, etc) drafting, review, discussion, and negotiations with collaborators in accordance with A*STAR’s guidelines
2. Develop a network of institutional relationships with the industry, academic institutions, clinical communities and government agencies
