1. Accountable for the efficiency and effective operations of the Call Centre, its agents and services.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this position is accountable for the provision of financial & regulatory reporting of AIAIM in accordance to the applicable accounting policies, standards and guidelines. • Extensive understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and electronic discovery practices.
