As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for scaling and operationalising global and regional campaigns. What you will need to succeed

• Candidate must be able to work in Singapore – existing Employment Pass holder; Permanent Resident; Citizen
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
• Between 5 to 10 years of B2B Sales/Business Development experience within the Energy industry (Oil & Gas or Renewables) and/or within the Financial Services segments
• Specifically, experience selling business or market intelligence services within the Energy industry (Oil & Gas or Renewables) and/or the Financial Services segments
• Proven track record of surpassing sales revenue targets through a combination of new business development and existing account management
• Solid network of relationships across Southeast Asia within the Energy industry (Oil & Gas or Renewables) and/or within the Financial Services segments that can be leveraged for new business generation
• Ability to engage with individuals across all levels within target organizations, including Senior Management/C-Suite
• Experience in internal stakeholder management – i.e. collaboration with cross-functional teams internally to drive prospect/client engagement externally
• Ability to speak a second language that can be leveraged for the Southeast Asian markets will be a distinct advantage

• Process reservation requests and support of basic loyalty and customer care requests.
• Handle incoming contacts for Marriott brands and assist customers with their booking needs or questions through voice and email channels.
• Create an effortless experience and build raving brand fans by answering questions about property facilities, services, and room accommodations to support our overall vision to be the world’s favorite travel company.
• Identify guest reservation needs and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines and case management.

Responsibilities

You will report to the Business Centre Branch and HQ. Your primary responsibilities are to provide customer service and perform branch administration.

• Attend to customer’s incoming calls, SMS and Whatsapp messages
• Issuance of invoices for different branches
• Update of customer information on internal database
• To support sales consultants by securing appointments
• To place outbound cold calls and provide good customer services
• To keep our customers informed on the latest update and ongoing promotions
• To be inquisitive and sensitive towards customers’ requirements and concerns over call
• Other administrative duties as assigned from time to time
• Reports to head of department and senior operation manager

Role Requirement

· Suitable candidate should possessed ‘A’ Levels or Diploma and above

· 1 years relevant experience from service industry such as retail, healthcare, hospitality, airlines and spa & beauty including nursing and allied health diplomas advantage.

· Students & Fresh Grads are welcome too.

· Able to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers with proven Sales and Customer Service ability.

· Comfortable using computer and IT systems.

· A responsible and good team player with passion and ability to learn continuously to achieve professional excellence in aesthetics.

· Able to work on some weekdays and Saturdays.
