We are looking to expand our logistic company to other sector. Your role will be responsible for winning new business by penetrating new clients. This role will be expected to set demanding personal goals, work as hard as necessary to get things done, take challenges head on, and remain resilient in the face of difficulties. We are looking for candidate with 2 to 4 years of experiences in business/logistic field.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Develop SOP’s for strategic accounts in association with Site Manager, Operations Manager, IT
• Manager and associates internal colleagues where applicable, to detail all processes, rate structure, capturing of customer identified KPI’s.
• Attend targeted networking events.
• Identify current state, desired future state, pains & desired gains of prospects.
• Partner with Account Manager & Carrier Sales to build ideal solution & pricing for the prospect.
• Partner with Leadership, Account Manager & Carrier Sales to identify new opportunities to upsell, cross-sell product & service offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders. Candidate with outgoing personality is a plus.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals to clients that align with their business needs and objectives.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients.
• Prepare and present business development reports to senior management on a regular basis.

Main Tasks and objectives:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders.
• Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement process enhancements to improve productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and constraints.
• Monitor and measure process performance post-implementation to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
• Manage Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) projects from conception through completion.
• Oversee the planning, design, procurement, and construction phases, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop, manage and lead plant commissioning and start-up activities, ensuring all constraints from safety, production and engineering are fulfilled.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during commissioning and start-up.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering or Chemistry
• Certificate in Project Management
• Lean/Six sigma Green
• At least 10 years in relevant experience.
• At least 3 year and above of progressively advanced duties at Senior Engineering level. Profund knowledge in all phases of an engineering investment project incl. commissioning and stabilizationince.

• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA
