Primary Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Inventory Management: Analyze sales performance and manage inventory to maximize sales and efficiency.
Assortment Planning: Assist in developing seasonal category strategies and assortment plans.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for purchases, negotiations, and inventory replenishment.
Merchandising Standards: Ensure effective merchandising standards are maintained in stores.
Market Analysis: Monitor market competition and initiate corrective actions to drive sales.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze merchandising reports to optimize sales and inventory management.
Team Leadership: Assist in managing and leading the Merchandising team.
Entry Requirements:
Educational Background: Diploma/Degree in Retail/Fashion/Business or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar managerial position in the fashion apparel/footwear industry.
Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
