· Minimum O Level, Diploma or Degree in Estate Management or related discipline

· 4 years’ of Condominium Manager experience preferably with at least 2 years of experience in managing a condo more than 500 units

· Good communications and interpersonal skills

· Able to hand complaints & grievances in a professional way

· Conversant in BMSM Act

· Proficient in MS Office and IT Savvy

· Meticulous and able to multi task

Responsibilities:

• Manage programmes/projects, mostly insurance-wide on Customer Relationship Management platform.
• Partner with stakeholders in lines of businesses and functions to formulate and translate the strategy into initiatives and requirements for implementation
• Drive the delivery of strategic agenda of the business, as well as the department.
• Identification and management of risks, including the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead a team to provide programme/project management and change management to multiple lines of businesses and functions throughout the end-to-end of the transformation cycle from design to implementation.
• Foster a high engagement team to deliver good quality outputs which exceed user expectations

Requirements:

• University graduate in related disciplines or any other relevant qualifications
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience in project, project management in Financial/ Banking or any similar industry
• Good track record managing complex and large scale programmes/projects, which includes Salesforce CRM platform
• Understanding of Change Methodology Frameworks, Agile methodologies and best practice techniques is a plus
• Experienced in applying proven methodologies, standards and tools in the preparation of business requirement documents, process design
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, stakeholder management, vendor management, influencing, and negotiation skills.

Job Description:

- To attend to all correspondence relating to common property on behalf of the Town Council

- To manage and maintain proper records and files of correspondence, documents, drawings and materials pertaining to all Town Council matters

- To manage the register of owners' and tenants' particulars

- To advise and arrange to take out insurance policies against fire, public liability, Work Injury compensation, all risks and other insurances as directed by the Town Council

- To inform the Town Council immediately upon receipt of any notices from the authorities and other individuals and submit a copy thereof to the Town Council if requested

- To control and manage the use of the common property including all the recreational facilities and to approve usage of the common property on behalf of the Town Council

- To give notices to any owner or tenants or person in the said Town to comply with or remedy a breach of any of the Town Council's bylaws

- To coordinate applications to the relevant Government Departments, authorities, or other competent authority

- To assist the Property Manager and Property Officers in tracking the daily, weekly and monthly (wherever applicable) maintenance

schedule, improvement and upgrading works timeline, bulk refuse schedule, deployment, resources and IEMS cases

- To monitor staff movement and report to the Chief Operations Manager for arrangement of alternative deployment

- To handle permit and waiver applications and appeals

Requirements:

• Min GCE O Level in any field with 1 year of administrative support experience
• Has an eye for detail and possess a dynamic, committed attitude with strong sense of initiative
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Working hours : Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Alternate Sat 8.30am to 12pm (5.25 days work week)
