As the Customer Service Executive (CSE) for Contact Centre, you will be responsible for providing our Singapore customers prompt and personalized service when handling their queries from multiple channels over a full range of consumer financial products and services. In performing your role, you are also expected to comply with the bank’s policies and procedures as well as local laws and regulations.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Handle calls and emails promptly by providing accurate and timely information, alternatives and solutions to customers on products and services
• Respond to customers’ queries and concerns with the aim of achieving first call resolution.
• Follow up promptly with customers to resolve issues
• Provide customers’ feedback to respective business partners to improve customer experience
• Introduce and educate customers on the self-service/automated banking channels.
• Perform after- call administration work
• Use customer service and sales skills to optimise customer satisfaction of each customer contact
• Maximise opportunities to deepen customer relationship via upsell or cross-sell appropriate products and services

Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Has a passion for customer service
• Able to work in a team
• Able to speak and write good English
• Able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage (to support the Chinese speaking customers)
• Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Able to commit to 24/7 rotating shift work, must be comfortable to work some night shifts
• Will be required to work 5 days in a week, including weekends and public holidays

Main Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly and provide assistance to end the call on a positive note
• Receive, prioritise and process orders accurately within cut-off times
• Generate goods return documents
• Follow up and resolve customers’ enquiries, feedback and complaints
• Maintain and update customers’ standing instructions (orders)
• Liaise with purchasing, finance, warehouse, fleet and sales team to achieve customers’ satisfaction
• Manage complaints and generate goods return documents
• Handle administrative scopes – quotations/tenders for hotel & pastry customers + update
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & recruitments

- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels or its equivalent
- Accurate and timely data entry skills
- Good organisation and ability to identify urgencies and priorities
- Good phone etiquette skills
- Good communication skill in written and spoken English
- Meticulous with an eye for details with strong follow up

- Responsible individual contributor who can work as a team player
- Experienced user of Microsoft Dynamic Navision system is a plus

- Related foodservice experience in the F&B industry will be an advantage.

Job Scope

• Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow-up of all client interactions
• Handle ad hoc duties as required.

1. Lead Management

A. Sales enquiries (through cold call, meeting, networking, and other channel)

• Start tracking every lead receives and follows up
• Ensure sales are closed
• Submit the report to management on lost sales (template will be provided)

B. Complaint handling

• Helping stores to reply after carrying out an investigation
• Generate a complaint form for tracking and identify the root cause

2. Conduct Monthly Online Contests

• Assist and pack the goodie bags when required
• Follow up with participants for prize collection

• Additionally, support additional posts when requested

Reporting directly to the Head of Services and Support, this person will be responsible in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our CTRM platform. By fostering strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities, this person will help drive long-term customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.

Our Support team ensures all tickets are resolved promptly and effectively, meeting and exceeding the standards outlined in our Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, directly impacting customer outcomes and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Management of SLAs and Customer Relationship

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns and feedback related to our CTRM platform.

• Collaborate with Services, Support, and Development teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Partner with Support Analysts to ensure all issues are addressed, escalated when needed, and resolved to meet SLA requirements.

3. Customer Retention & Growth Opportunities

• Drive customer retention by identifying opportunities to expand platform usage and add value to their business processes.
• Keep customers updated about new features, product developments, and enhancements that align with their needs.
• Facilitate product demonstrations and training sessions to support customer adoption.
• Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customers are achieving their objectives and to identify additional opportunities for collaboration.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor customer usage and health metrics to assess satisfaction and engagement levels.
• Prepare reports and analyse customer feedback to provide actionable insights for internal teams.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and progress.

5. Internal Collaboration

• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to provide customers with a seamless experience.
• Provide feedback and insights to the Product Owner to drive product improvements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar role within a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.
• Strong business acumen with analytical skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and provide actionable solutions.
• Proficient with tools like JIRA or equivalent platforms for ticket management.
