Network Service Delivery Lead

We are currently looking for a Network Service Delivery Lead to support their banking APAC network infrastructure portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the APAC network infrastructure team
- Manage the lifecycle of network components, from planning to decommissioning
- Lead contract negotiations and manage relationships with network service providers and hardware vendors
- Identify and mitigate risks, including security vulnerabilities and service disruptions
- Drive initiatives to enhance network performance, reliability, and security
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in network support and service delivery
- Familiar with capacity planning and management
Additional Information:
- Location: HarbourFront
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience, with 14 days of Annual Leave and above market medical coverage / insurance.
- Start off as a 1-year contract with 2 months' notice period.
