Work Hours

Full-time employees must work a 5-day week, including a weekend. Your work schedule is pegged to the center's operation hours and operational needs. As a general rule, you will work the following hours:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• 1 weekday off; 1 rest day
• +/- 2-hour meeting per week

Work Location

Work location is subject to operational needs. You need to be comfortable with travelling to branches around Singapore.

Sales and Customer Service

• Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers

Job Requirements

Service Delivery

• Service Delivery Management - To ensure that services are delivered within the contractual obligations. To identify performance issues and take ownership for the development, implementation and communication of service improvement plans

• Track and report on SLAs to meet contractual obligations. Where appropriate SLA’s are renegotiated to meet either the client or NCS’s requirements

Who We Need

As a Patient Service Officer, you shall be responsible in providing excellent customer service to callers and communicating effectively with people from all levels. Your responsibilities are as stated below.

Booking Office:

• Attending to incoming calls from internal and external stakeholders pertaining Operating theatre bookings/Bed admission requests.
• Scheduling surgeries in Operating theatre promptly and accurately.
