This internship is thoughtfully designed to immerse you in customer-centric strategies, process enhancement, and develop and execute digital marketing activities.

This would include:

1.Support the Customer Experience Research & Analysis to understand customers painpoints and provide datapoints to improve EVe’s CX initiatives.

• Support the development EVe’s CX strategy.
• Assist in orchestrating and executing customer engagement initiatives, including surveys and events
• Understand customers’ painpoints through regular service audits
• Support the mapping of customer journey design and delivery for all EVCOs

2. Marketing and Branding Support to enhance EVe’s visibility

• Support the execution of EVe’s communications strategy initiatives.
• Support EVe’s calendar of communication activities, including supporting EVe’s social media channels
• Support and produce content for EVe’s channels
• Track and assess EVe’s presence and engagement online

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge in UX is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.

Manage the front counter:

- Perform cashiering duties.

- Upsell beverages and other offerings.

- Plan and manage the floorplan and reservations for each event show.

- Provide excellent service to enhance the guest experience (Fri, Sat & Sun availability required).

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Field Service Representative- Singapore for technical field support of F-15 Singapore.

FSRs are the in-person Boeing "face" to the customer, so personal appearance (grooming and dress), a helpful and friendly demeanor, and the ability to speak and write in a professional, unambiguous manner while working unsupervised for extended periods of time are paramount A successful candidate will also have the ability to coach others in maintaining the F-15 Aircraft.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads technical field support of company products. Performs troubleshooting procedures for multiple systems and specialty coverage.
• Resolves maintenance and operational issues.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years radar system knowledge and experience
• Minimum 5 years F-15 maintenance experience
• 5 or more years’ experience maintaining military aircraft
• Must be proficient in reading schematics, drawings and use fighter aircraft support and test equipment.
• Requires the ability to work independently in a demanding, on-call, 24 hour per day operational environment.
• Must be willing to work any shift, weekends, or on call as required.
• Requires proficiency working in a multi-disciplined environment
• Must be willing to travel to other US and foreign operating locations to assist with the customer's mission and maintenance demands as well as the recovery of disabled aircraft.
• Requires proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel and others as needed

Responsibilities:

· Support the follow-ups from service request meetings (around thrice weekly) e.g. taking noms, sending reminders to divisions on administrative sign-offs/approvals to ensure service requests are on delivered timely

· Manage the daily account and compliance matters for systems

· Support change management efforts and testing for tech refresh, and major system enhancements

· Other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant disciplines.

· Prior experience working with systems projects or IT knowledge will be advantageous.
