ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor the operations of OTSAW Products
• Perform basic housekeeping and routine checks of OTSAW Products

• Assist in attending to Tier 1 - Operations related issues via remote or on-site support
• Escalate higher level issue to superior for immediate advice and action whenever needed
• Prepare the Service Reports, Maintenance Report and other Operations related documents as needed

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering or other related fields

• Familiarity with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV)
• Proficiency in using mechanical and electrical tools

You are responsible for the clinical safety and well-being of all clients in the centre as well as the care environment. You will oversee and supervise the performance of tasks in care plans by care team members and provides input in developing and reviewing care plans with the social service and/or healthcare professionals. The supervision includes the administration, daily operations, and maintenance of the care environment and provides advice on measures to ensure clients observe house rules as well as mitigate risk to the elders.

You are also the primary assessor for admissions and referrals to the Senior Care Centre and the primary reviewer for care plans proposed by the care team and the rehab team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the efficient day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring adherence to SOPs and policies, as well as relevant statutory requirements.

· Responsible for the preparation of MOH inspection, audits and licensing.

· Ensure clients’ welfare and safety through risk management.

· Perform intake assessment for all referrals and manage caregivers on admission procedures.

· Assist clients with financial aid applications and support schemes.

· Identify and implement operational improvements.

· Ensure efficient administration, compliance with regulations, and adherence to internal controls.

· Lead and supervise staff, ensure proper scheduling, and conduct regular meetings.

· Oversee staff development, training plans, and performance reviews.

· Possess a degree in social work.

JOB DESCRIPTION – CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (Email and call)

The Customer Service Officer will be working for the Contact Center project. You will be responsible for handling a diverse range of enquiries from members of public via email, call and live chat. You will endeavour to provide a high level of service to MOPs, supported by the Team Leaders and Supervisor, as well as Points of Contact (POCs). A team player and a champion for customer happiness, you will go the extra mile to delight MOPs with insightful and accurate answers.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend to enquiries, feedback & complaints via email, call and live chat.

• Resolve MOP’s queries efficiently and within stipulated datelines

• Liaise with external stakeholders with regards to enquiries and feedback.

• Escalate issues to the relevant internal line units and see to their resolution.

• Practice the no wrong door policy and warm transfer MOPs to the correct government agency.

• Participate in daily systems testing to ensure a high level of systems uptime.
