Customer Service Ambassador

Monthly Salary - $2,000 - $2,500

Working time – shift work; 7am - 3pm; 3pm – 11pm

6 days work (Inclusive of Sundays and Public holidays)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Check-in/out of guests, issuance of key cards and amenities
• Front desk cashiering duties, including sales collection of room deposits and payment
• Handle walk-ins, emails, phone inquiries, and Internet hotel room reservations
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, directions, local attractions, etc.
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments, practice of all governing regulations to lodging operations, compliance to PDPA, etc.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints and special requests in a professional manner, ensuring prompt actions at all times
• Checking of rooms upon completion of Housekeeping
• Control stock of all linens, amenities and supplies
• Minor rectification of issues and other incidents
• Co-ordinate/liaise with other co-workers to ensure smooth operation of the apartment
• Perform any other duties as required and directed by the Management

Requirements

• Basic operation of Point-Of-Sale machine and Property Management System software
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Has initiative and enjoys problem-solving
• Independent and reliable with good conduct and health
• Positive attitude and warm personality
• Great guest relation skills
• Attention to detail
• Good teamwork

Education & Certification

• Minimum Higher Nitec
• Fluent in English and one other language
• Very good written and oral skills.
• Computer literacy
• Relevant hotel customer service experience would be an advantage.

The Role:

• Responsible for all Control System operations; maintenance and troubleshooting upon testing and commissioning.
• Program functional analysis based on Sequence of Operation (SOO) and develop application interfaces; alarm and dashboard to monitor and control utility services such as; but not limited to; chilled water; air compressed; Glycol and Steam.
• Development of control system schematics; control diagrams; control functions write up of systems; cable schedule and data point schedule.
• Conduct and/or supervise site system testing and commissioning.
• Accountable for site Health & Safety awareness and daily execution.
• Coordinate closely with Control System Project; Control System Application; Operations; Maintenance and Engineering teams.
• Render technical support for Control System works as and when necessary.

What You Need to Have?

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation/Building Technology Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in HVAC and Building Management Systems (BMS) industries or relevant fields.
• Proficiency in Integrated Building Management Solutions such as ICONICS Genesis 64.
• Proficiency in BACnet protocol including IP; ETH and MS/TP; Modbus protocol including TCP and RTU and Networking Services and Client Workstations.
• Knowledge of HVAC control applications; BMS and electrical power management systems.
• Experience with Direct Digital control (DDC) and Programmable Logic control (PLC) system design; development and management is preferred.
• Experience in the BMS system site installation; retrofit and maintenance is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving; organizational; analytical; and critical thinking skills.

Main function: Service & Installation

• Responsible for providing technical service such as troubleshooting, installation, commission, maintenance and repairing of Company’s power system products and systems in order to ensure continuous function at the customer site and in compliance with quality and safety requirements.

The Role:

• Commissioning of both Industrial AC and DC power systems, battery maintenance, discharging and health checks. Timely completion and reporting of commissioning documents and relevant site paperwork. Use of I.T for uploading and downloading of configuration files.
• Routine maintenance of UPS and battery systems. Timely completion and reporting of documents and relevant site paperwork. Us of I.T for uploading and downloading of configuration files.
• Liaise with other departments and engineers to ensure site visits are carried out in a professional and safe manner.
• Training of customers to use equipment and understand basic user functions.
• Cover calls-out rota to support customers with 24/7 Powercare cover and to work unsociable hours i.e. Night work and weekends as required.
• Promote the Company’s Power System maintenance contracts and Service wherever possible.

What Do You Need to Have?

• Diploma or Degree in Power Electronics Engineering or Electrical Power Engineering or any related disciplines.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within the power systems industry.
• Good knowledge of industrial power systems products/applications/solutions.
• Diagnostic and problem solving skills
• Good base knowledge of PC (J Bus / Profibus / Modbus and other communication media) and programming skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English language.
• Must be willing to travel across Asia Pacific region including India, China and the Middle East. Some work may involve offshore. Candidates must have a flexible approach to travel at short notice, work irregular hours with well-developed customer care skill.

Responsibilities:

• Charged for undertaking the installation, commissioning, upkeep, and application support of power protection equipment at clients' locations, both locally and regionally.
• Maintain the systems' safe and effective operation requires regular preventative maintenance.

Requirements:

• At least a year's experience in service and the capacity to troubleshoot down to the component level.
• A tertiary education in electrical or mechanical engineering graduate.
• A strong preference for knowledge of standby generators or uninterruptible power supplies.
• Class 3 license holder.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel on short notice
• Provision of domestic and international training programs
