Job Description:

• Manage Wholesale order processing and inventory fulfillment.
• Accurately process customers’ orders.
• Proactively identify operational problems, suggest solutions, and independently resolve issues.

As an Operations Lead for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer contact lens brand, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and logistics of order fulfillment, inventory management, customer service, and sustainability initiatives.
