The Job

• Front desk and reception duties providing good customer service, including offering general information, redirecting customers, addressing compliments and complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Point of contact for sales hotlines and inquiries, efficiently addressing customer queries.
• Handling customer data with meticulousness
• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to maintain customer records and interactions is a plus.
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of the automotive market and products to effectively assist customers is preferred
• Generating monthly lead reports by collecting and analyzing customer information to identify trends and opportunities.
• Reporting to the Marketing Manager and providing support to the marketing team when needed.
• Handling adhoc administrative duties as required to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
• Strong customer service skills, both verbal and listening, to address customer needs and concerns effectively.
• Ability to adapt and respond effectively to various situations and customer demands.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong multitasking abilities, prioritization skills, and effective time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Candidates with prior experience in customer service and/or call center roles will be advantageous.
• 5 days work in office and 1 day work from home.

Part Time Service Crew

$12-$14/hr

Have to clock minimum of 28 hours, 4 days a week

Job Scope:

• Assist with daily operation;
• Work in a team along side Operational Manager;
• Serve customers orders
• Ensure overall cleanliness and tidiness of establishment;
• Follow food hygiene practices;
• Take orders from customers and ensure their needs are met;
• Check stocks and update stock list when needed;
• Will be taught simple mixing of drinks

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily checks and re-stock pantry items for the Institute’s lounges, offices, meeting & function rooms, including managing coffee machines in lounges. Also to conduct weekly stock take for ordering of refreshments to replenish stocks.
• Ensure all facilities, including lounges and office pantries, meeting and function rooms, are presentable all the time.
• Provide excellent customer service and concierge service support to members, guests & visitors who are using the Institute’s facilities.
• Prepare for lunch and / or dinner meetings with guests & visitors who are being hosted by Office Bearers and Senior Management, including running errands to procure necessary items for such events, functions or occasions.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks to key stakeholders such as the President, Council Members, Senior Management, guests and visitors.
• Provide administrative support (process invoices and purchase miscellaneous items) as and when required.

Job Requirement:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, customer service and/or hospitality industry
• Good English communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset and team-focused with good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Responsible and knows how to prioritise tasks
• Enjoys helping people and give an extra hand where needed
• Positive, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods and willing to work beyond office hours when required (for night events and dinner functions)
