Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks for the department or office.
- Answer all internal and external calls professionally, directing them to the appropriate person.
- Manage daily reception duties, welcoming visitors and ensuring proper check-in/check-out procedures.
- Oversee visitor access and control access cards.
- Provide related service of staff on board & resign procedures on FM scope.
- Coordinate meeting room reservations, setup turnover and necessary support.
- Logistic support in relation to Event Management & Public Relations activities.
- Alternate rotation to assist in Mailroom duties when required.
- Handle daily orders for consumables and manage hotel reservations.
- Offer employee welfare support.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience of working at the Front of House within a Corporate or Hotel environment
