• Maintain and clean test sockets to ensure proper contact with ICs during testing.
• Inspect test sockets for any physical damage and advise customers if a replacement is needed.
• Perform socket pin replacements and ensure high-quality work.
• Maintain good attendance and provide daily updates on job progress.
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer deadlines.
• Be available for overtime work, including weekends, as per the scheduled plan.
