Inbound Call Centre
Working hours: Rotational shift, Mon – Sun
4 weekdays + 1 weekend (5 days per week)
Location: Changi / Jurong East
Duration: 12 months (Renewable / convertible)

Working hours:

AM - 8AM to 8PM (8 hours working hours), example 8AM to 5PM or 9AM to 6PM

Responsibilities:

Customer Service

 Listen to and document customer concerns and issues with their vehicle.

Provide clear and concise explanations of recommended services and repairs.

 Offer advice on vehicle maintenance and warranties.

Service Consultation and coordination

Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow.

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnostics and

repairs.

 Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the service

process.

 Review the service and repairs completed with the customer, ensuring

Responsibilities:

• Servicing, installation, testing & troubleshoot of electrical and mechanical parts at clients' premises/ workshop.
• Access control, able to work under minimal supervision.
• Experience in Security System/Gantry/Door is a plus.

Requirement:

• ITE/Certificate in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering.
• Possess a Class 3 license.
• Have a CSOC is a plus.
