• Assist in studying and computing costing for Service Contracts.
• Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by Superiors

Requirements:

• Relevant experience 1-2 years in automotive repair and technical service, warranty administration with SOP and documentation, technical investigation and report writing
• Able to handle basic negotiation between principals and internal stakeholders
