Responsibilities:
- Perform frontline operations that include (but not limited to) registration, appointment scheduling, referral booking, dispensing of medication and cashier duties. - Attend to walk-in patients and answer phone enquiries.
- Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients.
- Support doctors in language translation when needed.
- Proper maintenance of patients’ records and keeping count of drug inventory.
- Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image.
- Strict adherence to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic.
- Responsible for daily operations matters and it includes collating & compiling patient management indicators.
- Support in the submission of medical reports and claims (TPA/CHAS/Medisave).
- Assist in coverage of other facilities when required due to lack of manpower.
Key Accountabilities:
- Frontline customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Relevant work experience in the healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
- Experience in working with diverse groups of professionals/personnel.
- The ability to speak in multiple languages is an added advantage.
- Training will be provided.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels, Diploma Holders preferred.
- Basic IT knowledge and computer literacy.
- Detail and service-oriented.
- Able to work 44 hours (5.5 days) a week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to travel down to various clinics across Singapore.
- Comfortable with working independently or in a team with a fast-paced environment.
