· Opening of main doors and all windows at the beginning of every lesson and to close them immediately after the last lesson of the day.

· Sweeping the floor at the end of the day.

· Wiping the teacher’s table at the end of the day.

· Wiping all the tables before and after each practical lesson.

· Placing all 10 knife trays at the respective work stations at the beginning of the day and to return them to the respective cabinet at the end of the day. After lessons, check number of knives are in order. To inform NFS teachers if knives are not accounted for before students are dismissed.

· Placing the ingredients on the demonstration table ten minutes before every practical lesson.

· After lessons, check all cookers are switched off, sinks are clean, cookers and microwave ovens are clean and rubbish is disposed.

· Clear the centre store table.

· Washing and drying all used linen every day.

· Cleaning the cookers, wiping the workstations, sweeping and mopping the floor at the end of every practical day.

· Refill up the soap containers, check the cutlery and equipment are in place for each unit.
