• Ensure smooth service flow by taking guest food and beverage orders, repeat customer orders
• Ensure that the service provided is of the highest quality so that guests always feel welcome
• Ensure the restaurant is clean and tidy at all times
• Ensure all workstations are stocked and ready
• Ensure all soiled dishes are cleared from the station
• Prepare and turn tables for next guests
• Assist Team Leader/Branch Manager with daily operations
