Location: Balestier area, near to Shaw Plaza

Working Hours: 5 day Work

Salary: $2,500 to $3,000

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Answering phone calls and replying emails related to maintenance service.
• Rostering of technicians’ daily work (maintenance, repair, breakdown, survey, annual testing, BCA inspection and etc)
• Prepare monthly KPI and daily breakdown report
• Monitor to ensure technicians and engineer have valid pass, attended Safety Induction Course of clients and the relevant Safety Courses.
• Liaise with the SPE office to coordinate annual testing.
• Coordinate with maintenance team and ensure all the documents submitted after job done.
• Other ad-hoc related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION

• ITE in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook
