Requirements:
· Diploma in Business studies or equivalent
· Minimum 2 years customer service experience in order processing and export shipping
· Knowledge of L/C processing will be an added advantage
· Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
· Attend to all phone or fax sales enquiries from customers.
· Process customers’ quotations and orders in an efficient and timely manner
· Responsible for order fulfillment, and ensuring accurate input of Sales Order & Purchase Order to the system
· Close follow up with respective suppliers on the order & delivery status
· Process export documentation for shipments to other region
· Process documentation for LC negotiation (whenever applicable)
· Liaise with warehouse and freight forwarders to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of customers’ orders.
· Generate billings on a timely basis for all orders that were completed
· Support Sales team to meet their monthly forecast target
