Responsibility:

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team targets.
• Handle walk-in and phone inquiries professionally, providing detailed product information.
• Engage in direct marketing activities to generate sales.
• Actively participate in outdoor sales activities and roadshows.
• Handle counter duties, including cashiering.
• Other ad-hoc duties or reassignments as required

Requirements:

• Minimum O level qualification.
• Preferably 1-2years with relevant experience
• Computer literate

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing issues on the service site and subsequently repairing or replacing defective parts.
• Commissioning and decommissioning our equipment.
• Studying plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to ascertain work requirements and the sequence of repairs and/or installations.
• Ensuring that deadlines are met for service, repair, and overhaul work.
• Providing technical support for service calls.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC in Mechatronic/Electrical or Electronics Engineering or it's equivalent
• At least one year of related field service experience
• Understanding of relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of electrical system equipment and components.
