Location: Instituition located in the West
Working hours: Monday to Thursday – 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, Friday – 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Work closely with vendors such as warehouse, transporters and shipping agents to resolve customers’ issues
Assist with generating customers’ daily invoices
Follow with customers on outstanding AR
Provide administrative support to the sales team
Requirements:
Diploma in logistics or equivalent with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in customer service
Experience in Freight Forwarding / Dangerous Goods will be an added advantage
Willing to learn and able to adapt in fast paced environment
