Job Scope:
- Lead and oversee the CSA (Customer Service Advisor) frontline/backend teams.
- Strengthen and promote the CSA team's professionalism and capabilities.
- Develop the team to consistently deliver high levels of service, productivity, and efficiency.
- Handle operation of the Customer Service department
- Establish and maintain policies and procedures to support optimal team operations and efficiency.
- Train and motivate staff to meet required performance standards.
Job Requirement:
- Team leader customer service experience in automotive industry is added advantage
- Diploma in any study is added advantage
