Customer Service Officers (Full-time, Parkway Parade)

The Write Connection is a premier learning centre in Singapore. Our Customer Service Officers (CSOs) are among the best in the industry as we hold them to high standards to deliver premium service to our customers.

Work Hours

Full-time employees must work a 5-day week, including a weekend. Your work schedule is pegged to the center's operation hours and operational needs. As a general rule, you will work the following hours:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• 1 weekday off; 1 rest day
• +/- 2-hour meeting per week

Work Location

Work location is subject to operational needs. You need to be comfortable with travelling to branches around Singapore.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Customer Service

• Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers
• Promote TWC programmes to potential and existing customers
• Build relationships with our customers
• Handle phone and email queries effectively and promptly
• Perform and manage sales transaction effectively and promptly

Administrative Duties

• Arrange replacement lessons for students, and appointments for parents, Centre Management or teachers
• Responsible for center's inventory and simple logistics
• Other administrative and ad hoc duties, e.g. filing documents

Job Requirements

• Have minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centers settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Candidates who are proficient with MacBook and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets) would have added advantage
• Possess excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Able to display effective and efficient customer service abilities
• Possess good work ethics (e.g. Integrity, professionalism, committed to excellence)
• Willing to be trained according to TWC ethos and SOPs
• Able to work independently and also a team player
• Open to be deployed at other centers due to work exigencies

• Support overall relationship with internal / external customers that lead to constructive and profitable business partnerships through best in class operational performance.
• Develop and optimize service operations on both field and workshop to ensure the lead time, quality and efficiency.
• Measure, communicate and improve key performance indicators, support continuous improvement and best practice share activities.
• Interact with other functions to setup and optimize the cross functional operational processes.
• Deploy a proactive safety culture of zero incidents while promoting and ensuring the completion of safety training and programs.
• Develop and optimize service on both field and workshop to ensure the process standardization, quality and efficiency.
• Attend to customer queries, complaints/feedback pertaining to services, if required
• Act as a liaison between off-site supervisors/technicians and other departments.
• Provide administrative support for Service Technicians’ staff claims and any ad hoc documents. Support service supervisors & technicians in daily operational matters related to their customers.

• Diploma in Business or Engineering
• Relate experience in Services within the industrial equipment industry
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (or any other ERP system). SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Self-motivated and seeking high standards
• Resourcefulness and implementation of action skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Open-minded person with the ability to work within an international team and cross-cultural environment

A Patient Service Senior Executive is responsible for providing frontline services in areas such as scheduling of appointments, payment collection, liaising with patients and caregivers, and providing advice on invoicing matters. H/She may provide support to clinicians by preparing treatment rooms. H/She is required to perform department operations such as administration of clinic’s appointment resources and slots management. H/She assists in on-the-job training for new patient service associate staff and participates in quality improvement projects and initiatives.

H/She may work in various clinic locations when the needs arise.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Check-in/out of guests, issuance of key cards and amenities
• Front desk cashiering duties, including sales collection of room deposits and payment
• Handle walk-ins, emails, phone inquiries, and Internet hotel room reservations
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, directions, local attractions, etc.
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments, practice of all governing regulations to lodging operations, compliance to PDPA, etc.
