Job Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely and provide support to the A&P team by assisting in the day-to-day administrative work and manage the Customer Service Counter, ensuring that it is well organized.
· Guide shoppers through West Mall Rewards app download and installation.
· Provide hands-on support for shoppers during campaign redemptions.
· Work closely with the customer service team and assist in the execution of the mall’s promotion and redemption programs and member redemptions.
· Handle shoppers’/ tenants’ feedback and enquiries and provide necessary assistance promptly and resolution of complaints in a tactful and professional manner
· Assist social media winners, verify eligibility, maintain records, and manage inventory with precision.
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Senior Manager / Senior Executive, A&P
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism or related discipline
· At least 1 year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality or related industry
· Cheerful personality and passionate about customer service
· Good leadership and people management skills, and able to work independently
· Proficient in computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
· Able to work on weekends/public holidays
